MARQUEE Entry registration
what you get
Our Marquee entrants experience the ultimate alpine driving adventure, a three-day all inclusive experience that starts with the Super Alpine 500 rally and finishes with an indulgent weekend of on-mountain aprés.
Super Alpine 500 Drive Day
The Super Alpine 500 Drive Day begins with a casual meet & greet breakfast in Sydney's Centennial Park where vehicles are registered, checked over and drivers are briefed on the rally ahead. Here our marquee entrant are presented with a travel pack containing all the necessities required for an enjoyable journey.
We then set off at 9am and travel through Sydney out to the small southern highlands town of Berrima to regroup, grab a coffee and prepare for the rally to our next destination.
Arrival at Pialligo Estate will be around 12.30pm and we are set for a delicious three-course lunch including locally produced paired wines. Our hosts will welcome all drivers and our photographers will be there to capture the excitement of the event.
From this point we then depart for our final section of the rally into the alpine region of NSW, winding up to the Thredbo Alpine Village. Our content team will capture all the beauty of the drive through drone footage and key shot points throughout this final section.
Once marquee drivers arrive in Thredbo their vehicles will be valeted, room keys presented with enough time to drop off luggage, put on some warm clothes and head up the private gondolas for a Mumm tasting event paired with an oyster bar and canapes atop Merritts.
After the official welcome drinks we head back down the mountain to enjoy a relaxing dinner and refreshments at The Denman before getting some rest for the weekend ahead.
Day 2 offers our Marquee entrants a truly unique all inclusive experience.
Commencing with a breakfast at Cascades we then head out for first tracks and enjoy some well earned time on the mountain.
At 2pm we have the mid-mountain Kareela Hutt exclusively booked for an incredible on-mountain glorious lunch and drinks before skiing back into the village to continue the festivities.
A little time to relax, refresh & dress up for the evening before taking part in our single malt whisky tasting event which then continues into the Super Alpine 500 Gala Dinner. Featuring an unannounced special guest speaker, entertainment and awards for the event, the evening promises to wind late into fireside cheese and warming drinks.
Day three continues the on-mountain alpine sports with a cascades breakfast and back up the chairlifts.
We'll look to depart Thredbo around midday and have lunch at Wild Brumby Distillery for those interested in joining.
From there we make the trip back to Sydney reflecting on an incredible weekend.
